Wet Rubs Made Easy

from Minor's

I like to use MINOR’S products as the base for wet rubs to easily add layers of premium flavors to any protein.

  • Southwestern Style Chicken Rub: Combine and rub on to chicken breasts; MINOR’S Chicken Base, Ancho Flavor Concentrate and Roasted Garlic Flavor Concentrate. Cook to your liking and serve.

  • Natural Wet Rub: Starting with MINOR’S Natural Gluten Free Chicken or Beef Base, add olive oil, and herbs and spices. Rub on the exterior of the protein and roast or grill.
