Craft your own creative recipe using at least one Minor’s® base, sauce or concentrate from the list of eligible products and you could win a trip to the Bocuse d’Or in Lyon, France plus $10,000!

How to Enter

To enter, submit your original recipe featuring at least one (1) qualifying Minor's base, sauce or concentrate from the list of eligible products. Recipe must include a list of all required ingredients (including the Minor’s® product(s) from the list of eligible products above) in specific, common U.S. household measurement units, step-by-step preparation instructions, and cooking temperatures and times. Recipes may not include ingredients with limited availability or that are otherwise cost-prohibitive for use in a foodservice operation.

JUDGING

One grand prize winner and two runners-up will be determined by a judging panel selected by Minor’s. The submission with the top overall score will be named the grand prize winner*. The submission with the second highest overall score will be named the first runner-up* and the submission with the third highest overall score will be named the second runner-up*. Winners will be announced in the month of November 2018.

*All are potential winners until verified by Sponsor or Administrator.

Round 1

All qualifying submissions received during the contest period will be judged based on the following judging criteria to select the top (10) highest scoring entries to be deemed semi-finalist submissions.

The semi-finalists’ submissions will be prepared and judged by the same panel of judges based on the following judging criteria:
