Emmanuel Oh

Chef Oh has earned both a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from The Ohio State University and a Baking & Pastry degree from The Culinary Institute of America. He combines his knowledge from both educations to specialize in unique and technical applications of the desserts portfolio. In his eyes, food may bring people to the table, but desserts keep them there.
