Juerg Wismer

Chef Wismer’s distinguished culinary career began in Switzerland. He apprenticed in Zug, his hometown, as a pastry chef and trained in Geneva to become a certified chef. From there, he worked at a number of 5-star hotels and restaurants throughout Europe.

  • Nestlé® Advisory Chef at the R&D Center Foodtec in Vevey, Switzerland. In Nestlé Strategic Foodservices Business Unit, provided support to Nestlé European and Middle East Foodservice markets
  • Chez Max Restaurant, Switzerland—Head Chef
  • Swiss Hotel’s Le Marquis restaurant, Boston—Assistant Head Chef
  • Worked under Louis Outhier at L’Oasis Restaurant in France
