Adobo Pulled Pork

Pulled Pork + Adobo = Latin inspired classic.

Here’s how I do it:

  • Combine 2 tbsp MINOR’S® Red Chile Adobo Flavor Concentrate with a 1/4 cup of oil. Add Adobo sauce to 1.5 lbs pulled pork, prepare and serve.

This goes great over rice, in tacos, or you can even add it to your sandwich lineup. Be creative and let me know what you come up with or would do differently.
