Biscuits with Poblano Honey Butter

The heat of poblano peppers lends itself well to buttery biscuits. Incorporate poblano into the biscuits themselves or simply add to the butter being served with or on them. Here’s a simple way to make a Poblano Honey Butter:

Combine:

  • 2 tbsp MINOR’S® Fire Roasted Poblano Flavor Concentrate
  • 1 lb butter
  • 1 tbsp honey

Simply combine the ingredients, form into a log and freeze. Then remove from freezer, cut into medallions and top your biscuits with flavorful house-made poblano honey butter. minorschefs@flavormeansbusiness.com
