This take on the Cuban-American classic adds a touch of sweet heat via hints of chipotle, molasses, passion fruit, and citrus.
3 oz Chipotle Marinated Pork Loin - prepared, cooked, sliced
1/4 oz Ham, 25% less sodium, sliced
1/4 Swiss cheese, sliced
4 each Dill pickles, sliced
3 oz Baguette, halved lengthwise
8 oz Mustard, yellow
2 oz Minor’s Caribbean Style Sauce RTU 4x0.5 gal.
1. Thoroughly whisk together the mustard and Caribbean Style RTU Sauce. Keep chilled until service.
2. Add 1 slice pork, ham and cheese and pickles to bottom piece of bread.
3. Spread Caribbean Mustard on top piece of bread and add to top of sandwich.
4. Press and grill sandwich until warm and toasted.
