German Potato Salad

from Minor's

A cold version of the popular potato salad with a sweet cider vinegar and bacon flavor.

Combine and mix wet ingredients and seasoning until blend thoroughly. Add potatoes and scallion, folding gently until evenly coated. Refrigerate until serving. Yields 2 lbs (12 servings):

• 1/3 cup Cider vinegar • 1/3 cup Water • 2 oz Onions small diced • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil • 1 tbsp Minor’s Bacon Base NAMSG • 1-1/2 tbsp Granulated sugar • 2 tbsp Bacon bits • 1/4 tsp Black pepper, ground • 1/4 tsp Mustard, dried, powdered • 1/4 tsp Salt • 2 lbs Potatoes cooked, peeled, drained, sliced • 1 oz Scallions or green onions, sliced thin
