Grilled Bratwurst with Smoky Mustard Sauce

from Minor's

Piping hot bratwurst served on a warm pretzel bun and topped with tangy sauerkraut and smoky mustard. Serve with a side of Minor’s® German Potato salad.

For Smoky Mustard:
Thoroughly whisk together all ingredients and chill. Yields 1 qt (104 servings):

• 1 qt Mayonnaise
• 4 tsp Minor’s Ham Base NAMSG
• 1/2 cup Honey
• 2 cup Dijon mustard
