Red Chile Adobo Pork Marinade
A versatile red chile adobo can be used for marinades, but it’s also perfect for housemade chorizo, or a sauce for fish, chicken, steaks and more.
• ¾ cup of Minor’s Red Chile Adobo Flavor Concentrate
• ¼ cup Minor’s Roasted Garlic Flavor Concentrate
• ¼ cup olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients together well. Generously coat on pork shoulder, pork loin or other protein of choice. Marinate over night
