Texas Wedge with Jalapeno Blue Cheese

Everything is bigger in Texas. Naturally, the Texas Wedge Salad should offer bigger, bolder flavor. Do this with the addition of a Jalapeno Blue Cheese.

For the blue cheese, combine 2 tbsp of MINOR’S Fire Roasted Jalapeno Flavor Concentrate with 1 cup of blue cheese dressing.

Next, grill 1/6 head of iceberg lettuce and top with grilled bacon, roasted tomato, red onion and your jalapeno blue cheese.
